Nicole Cummings
Director of Human Resources

Nicole Cummings has been with Brecek and Young since November of 2006 as the Director of Human Resources.  She graduated from Chico State with a BS degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resource management.  The majority of her career has been in the wine industry as an HR professional.  Nicole is currently a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Sacramento Area Human Resources Association (SAHRA), and the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA).  Nicole is also recognized as a certified professional in human resources (PHR).  She was the past president and co-founder of the Napa Chapter of NCHRA and has served as chairperson for a number of HR wine industry conferences in Napa and Sonoma counties.
